Jack Lawson, lives in Melbourne, Australia, is a member of the Blackburn Christadelphian ecclesia and has authored a book for the Christadelphian Scripture Study Service about Judah’s Babylonian Captivity and the exiles’ return.
It is entitled “The Ecclesia in Exile – by the Rivers of Babylon”
The book jacket says:
This book began as a series of articles for the Lampstand magazine beginning in 2019. The initial purpose was to consider some of the many different characters used by Yahweh to preserve His ecclesia during the challenging period of their captivity in Babylon and subsequent return to Jerusalem. It became absorbing to learn more about such a diverse group of people, male and female, young and old, slave and king. In the end, after seventy years captivity, the faith and vision of a remnant remained firm and emerged to rebuild their lives and their ecclesia in the land. It truly was a miracle, God’s miracle for the people He loved.
